At The Career Lab, we believe that strong partnerships create the best outcomes for college students. That’s why we work hand-in-hand with campus Career Services teams to support and amplify the incredible work they are already doing. We see Career Services staff as our valued partners and allies in the shared mission of preparing students for career success. Our programs are designed to complement existing campus efforts by providing additional tools, resources, and experiences that extend the reach and impact of career readiness initiatives.
Through collaborative efforts, we offer dynamic programs like The Lab, Resume Revamp, Internship Academy, and Career Lab Live — all tailored to enhance students’ skills, confidence, and opportunities. Together, we create a comprehensive support system that empowers college students to navigate internships, develop professional skills, and build meaningful connections.

Our Focus
At Career Lab, everything we do centers on empowering college students to take control of their career journeys. We focus on equipping students with the skills, confidence, and resources they need to explore career pathways, secure meaningful internships, and build professional connections that last. We also emphasize the importance of leveraging the expertise and support available through their campus Career Services departments.
